Volunteers come from various backgrounds but all of the them are catalysts of positive change. They are encouraged to be creative and entrepreneurial and work at the heart of communities, responding to community needs, helping to build sustainable livelihoods and lasting development.
Several employees have already enquired about opportunities to get involved in volunteer programmes and we are proud to announce the launch of AMSA’s very own employee volunteer programme.
From our interaction with employees, interest have been expressed with respect to three main areas of interest:

You may already be involved in some or other volunteer activity and we would like to know a little more about the projects/activities you are involved in.

For others, there is a keen interest in getting involved in one of AMSA’s existing local community benefit projects.

Lastly, some employees have some great ideas which is not part of the previous two categories. We would also like to hear more about your ideas.
